Amar’e Stoudemire Hall of Fame NBA

Amar'e Stoudemire was one of the most explosive power forwards of his generation and a dominant force during his prime with the Phoenix Suns. Selected ninth overall by Phoenix in the 2002 NBA Draft, he immediately made an impact by winning NBA Rookie of the Year. Stoudemire became a six-time NBA All-Star and was named to the All-NBA Team five times, including First Team in 2007.

His athleticism, finishing ability,rebounding and powerful pick-and-roll play made him a centerpiece of Phoenix's high-paced offense alongside Steve Nash. He later played for the New York Knicks, Dallas Mavericks and Miami Heat and also enjoyed championship success overseas.

Over 14 NBA seasons, Stoudemire averaged 18.9 points, 7.8 rebounds, and 1.2 blocks per game. He was inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in 2026 as a player.
