On April 8, 1974, baseball history’s one of the most unforgettable moment was made, when Aaron Hank hit his 715th home run. Breaking Babe Ruth’s record of 714. It was a massive achievement of Aaron but it was also an accomplishment for Black American and people of color in sports. Throughout his career he faced criticism, discrimination and hostility. Despite that he broke a record that stood for nearly 40 years. This just represents his courage and determination towards his career.
