In the 2002-2003 season, the Northern Colorado Bears men’s basketball team had a record of 20-10 overall and 11-5 in conference play. They won the Big Sky Conference regular season title and advanced to the NCAA Tournament for the first time in school history. However, they lost in the first round to the Michigan State Spartans.
