2026 - Gamblers Move Downtown to Shell

The team, which was known as the Houston Roughnecks for the 2024 and 2025 UFL seasons, is rebranding back to the Gamblers for the upcoming 2026 UFL season and moving to this new, more intimate venue. As per UFL announcement the team is moving into Shell Energy Stadium in Downtown Houston. Shell Energy Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium in Houston, Texas, that serves as the home field for the Houston Dynamo FC of Major League Soccer and the Houston Dash of the National Women’s Soccer League. Opened in 2012, it has a capacity of around 22,000 people.
