2008 - Courtney Lee – Football Pro for Hilltoppers

Courtney Lee is a former American professional basketball player who played college basketball for the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers from 2004 to 2008. Lee played as a shooting guard and was one of the top players in the Sun Belt Conference during his time with the Hilltoppers.

During his senior year in 2008, Lee was named the Sun Belt Conference Player of the Year and helped lead Western Kentucky to its first NCAA Tournament appearance since 1995. He finished his college career with 2,238 points, which is the second-highest total in school history, and was selected as an honorable mention All-American by the Associated Press.

Lee was selected by the Orlando Magic with the 22nd overall pick in the 2008 NBA Draft and played for 12 seasons in the NBA for various teams, including the Magic, the Dallas Mavericks, the New York Knicks, and the Boston Celtics. He was known for his defensive prowess and ability to shoot from beyond the arc.
