The track and field team has also made a name for itself, producing numerous conference champions and All-Americans. The women's volleyball team has also had a successful history, winning multiple conference championships and making several NCAA tournament appearances. Coppin State's sports teams have not only achieved success on the court and field but also produced many professional athletes who have gone on to have successful careers in their respective sports.
